SERVICES

Psychotherapy to get where you’re going.

Beginning in therapy is taking the first step in an adventurous journey. You know the direction you want to go (more or less), but the path from Point A to Point B isn’t exactly clear. Working with a therapist is like connecting with a guide for your journey. We haven’t been on your exact individual path, but we know the landscape and how to traverse it effectively. We help people with a variety of services.

You deserve to live the life of your dreams. How you get there is up to you.

Types of Services

Individual Psychotherapy

Work 1-1 with an individual therapist who listens deeply and tailors the treatment to your personal needs. Meet once a week to make progress on your goals.

Relationship Therapy

Navigate conflict or relationship patterns by meeting together with your shared therapist for joint treatment. Often focused on romantic partnerships, but we can also support other family or friend pairings.

Depth Therapy

Sometimes we need support with a deeper layer of work to get past surface symptoms and treat the root cause. Work 1-1 with a therapist for 2-3 sessions per week, exploring underlying themes, beliefs, and expectations. More intensive treatment helps in particular when we are distressed and struggling with bigger symptoms. Your therapist may recommend this approach based on the initial consultation or during times where you’re coping with increased difficulty.

Pain Relief Therapy

For chronic pain conditions (e.g. pain that lasts longer than 3-6 months), whether you have a clear diagnosis (e.g., fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, migraine headaches, back pain, joint pain) or mysterious symptoms that are medically unexplained after multiple tests. Our expert clinicians can help you cope with your pain, learn what it is communication, reduce fear and stress that louden the pain, and in some cases even assist you in reducing or eliminating the pain symptoms.

Are you unhappy with the same old stories?

Whether you secretly think you’re “too much” for other people, or not enough, undeserving of love, or doomed to fail, therapy can help you shift core beliefs about yourself, other people, and the world. We spend a lot of time alone with our thoughts - maybe it’s time to become better company for yourself.

What would you do with your life if you weren’t so busy being afraid of it?

Let’s grow together.
